You will need to book an appointment with us between 11 am and 5 pm weekdays (Tuesday to Friday).

Pleas be aware a new lock (cylinder) will not solve other issues with the locking mechanism.
If you are having other locking issues then this offer is not suitable for you. We do offer other services.
We will not accept liability for extra labour costs if you have not told us about any existing issues with the lock.

Locks may vary by manufacturer but they will always be BS EN1303 quality.
This is the minimum standard that is usually required by most insurance companies.
We will always try to use a dual colour lock so it does not matter if your existing lock is nickel or brass. This offer does not include colour specific locks or individual brands, these are available but may be subject to ordering and at a higher cost to you.
All new locks will come with a full 365 no quibble guarantee. This means we will come back to the property and fit you a new unit if the original fails in the warranty period.
Sorry this offer does not apply to keyed alike locks or key and turn cylinders.
