Called out locksmith , to which he arrived promptly. He diagnosed the problem and was very passionate about not only fixing the issue , but preventing further issues in the future . He re-adjusted my door hinges after noticing it “catching”. He didn’t have to do this . But he did and that’s great service . Will use again in the future!

The old lock on our door wouldn’t unlock one morning, (turns out it was well overdue being replaced anyway) we have just brought our first home and wasn’t sure who to call. We called Pip and he was there within 30 minutes. Very professional and made us feel like we were in safe hands. He talked us through the whole process and ensured we would feel safe in our home. Cannot fault this service and will be recommending them whenever I can!

Pip absolutely saved the day for us when we couldn’t remove one of the wheel locks from our caravan, he came out on his day off, fixed the problem promptly allowing us to go on our short break. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again should the need arise. 5*

Our lock broke meaning we were locked out. Phillip responded quickly and fixed the problem. Our door is not the best of quality which made Phillips task all the more challenging, however he managed to track down a replacement late on a Saturday afternoon from one of his locksmith buddies. We were back in our home safe and secure in next to no time. We were pleasantly surprised when he turned up a couple of days later with a brand new gearbox (I did not even know doors had gearboxes!) making a fully permanent solution. We very impressed with his knowledge of locks and their mechanisms and the speed and tidyness of his work. I have saved his number in case we have lock issues in future and need to call upon him again. Great service from Phillip!
